Marguerite (Rete) Abril is best known for her various flavors of fudge and brownies. Experienced in pursuing her love for baking for over 20 years, Rete certified her skill by attending and graduating from August Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2016. However, since graduating from culinary school, Rete has been creating cakes as well.
In 2017 she started learning about the negative affects gluten and cow’s dairy products have on her as well as others, so has learned how to make non-cow’s dairy and gluten free products.
