My journey into Microgreens really started when a good friend sent me a box of seeds. She knew well my focus on gardening and NUTRITION.  Microgreens are very flavorful and highly nutrient-dense – with plenty of studies out there for your research. 

 

EX:  Some of the nutrients can run as high as 40 TIMES the level in the adult version of that same vegetable!  

 

We also offer starter plants and vegetables when the season is right.

 

**2022 Update: We have suspended our outdoor, raised bed production this year to work on a geothermal high tunnel. We eagerly look forward to a brighter future!
